SEARCH ASSIGNMENT

We partner with you to develop a comprehensive search assignment that includes your corporate values, target pay for the position, and required skill set. This enables us to identify, qualify, and attract the very best job candidates available.

RECRUIT

We use our team of researchers and recruiters to directly recruit the best candidates available. We are pro-active rather than reactive in our methods. We directly recruit gainfully employed job candidates from your competitors. Surfing job boards or running advertisements typically does not bring in the kinds of candidates that our clients are seeking.

INTERVIEW

We have developed proprietary behavioral based interviewing techniques that enable us to evaluate job candidates and determine if they truly match your needs in a position. We assess their reasons for leaving the current position, and drill down to discover the underlying motivation for change. SearchAmerica also checks references upon request for all candidates that are recommended for onsite interviews.

OFFER

Our objective is to make sure there are no surprises when the job offer is made. We work with you and the job candidate to make sure expectations are met, and none of the goalposts have moved. With your permission, we verbally offer the job to the successful candidate, and make sure they will accept the position before you contact them with any formal or written offer.

ACCEPTANCE

We prequalify job candidates to accept a job offer prior to arranging the interview. The actual job acceptance tends to be just the formality of signing and returning paperwork and setting the work start date.

RETENTION

We stay in touch with placed employees to help smooth their transition into the new workplace and identify any perceived problems with the new job. We offer a 60 day placement guarantee to our clients as described in the Search Agreement to ensure that they are satisfied with their new employee.
